Please pull up a chair, grab yourself some green tea, and stay a while. My name is Stephanie Lise Groulx. I am French Canadian 🍁, currently residing in the beautiful province of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

I was a peculiar kid. I saw spirits and auras. I had this innate understanding about life and death. Like Peter Pan, I held on to my child-like innocence. This allowed me to carry over a lot of my emphatic and psychic abilities because I never stopped believing.

I came into this world with a purpose to know myself, love myself and to free myself from Saṃsāra. But, until then, I aim to better the world one smile at a time. 😊

I'm a Usui Shiki Ryôhô Reiki Master / Teacher, Vibrational Healer, and Medium. I am also a member of the Canadian Reiki Association: 19-045

My Reiki Master Teacher is Denise Carpenter, B.A., RT-CRA 99-100 of Reiki Associates, in Perth ON.

My mission is to inspire others to self-heal, promote consciousness rising topics, and provide 'flashlights' 🔦 for those dark nights of the soul.

To share my awakening stories in hopes that readers who experience "weird-stuff" don't feel alone or crazy. We can all wear our tin-foil-hats together and party! 😎👽 👻 😰
